Studied architecture at ETSAB Barcelona, Waseda University in Tokyo and at the Accademia Mendrisio. In 2006 he graduated Suma Cum Laude with the Shinjuku Railway Station project. After working in various architectural offices (including Peter Zumthor, Bruno-Fioretti-Márquez, Sauerbruch Hutton and Olafur Eliasson), I founded my own office »StiftungFREIZEIT« with Ines Aubert and Markus Blössl, with the aim to create and explore a new architecture of coming together in today's city. The active communication of architecture through lectures and workshops around the world, as well as the design of numerous exhibitions, creates a close exchange with civil society, interest groups and curators, who shape our design approach and provide a deep theoretical background. He is currently also working as a teacher and researcher in the design and building science department of Prof Jacob Van Rijs at the TU Berlin.
